Stephane is an expert in negotiation and conflict management with more than 15 years of experience in the fields. He has made his Doctoral Research on Negotiation for Management, and he was also trained as a Mediator by Marshal Rosenberg's NonViolent Communication. He's been leading negotiation all around the world for organisation, companies and families.
He created the negotiation 6-Acts© method, the SABRES© influence principles, and the PINS© profiling test, based on his research. An international network of certified trainers uses these methods.
He's also very much involved in the community, leading the negotiation training for l'effet A (the number 1 leadership training for women in Canada), and he's doing pro-bono mediation for PME and families.
