As part of the Inness Negotiation Program, a new video is now available to help users strengthen their negotiation preparation using the SAC© – Strategy Analysis Canvas.


This video explains, step by step, how to fill in the SAC© to:

  • Structure negotiation preparation clearly and efficiently

  • Sharpen negotiation strategies before entering discussions

  • Anticipate options, constraints, and leverage points

  • Make more deliberate and confident strategic choices
